各位前輩好,我170.65kg,女生,健身快半年,不過因為同步也在減肥(原本112kg,現在是65kg,目標是想瘦到5開頭),所以肉類吃的不多,也因為想加強肌肉的量,所以有想喝高蛋白,請問(1)高蛋白的產品有分男生跟女生的區別嗎?!(2)我是打算買低脂的高蛋白,不知道哪個牌子的比較好呢?!!煩請各位提我解惑
