我上網看 很多人都說 便秘 要吃奇異果~香蕉~蘋果~多喝水~我都有做 我還有另外在吃番茄我一天進食的順序大概是這樣 起床先喝五百cc的溫水早餐九點結束後10點喝五百cc的溫水接著吃一根香蕉跟一顆奇異果然後就中午了午餐結束後一小時喝五百cc溫水接著吃蘋果跟番茄然後~四點半在吃��
