做瑜珈劈腿時內側拉傷如何處理? - 瑜珈

1.前天晚上我練劈腿時不小心造成右側拉傷,走路時覺得右邊骨盆怪怪的,教練說就熱敷即可(這是常有的別擔心),還是得繼續練否則容易沾連?2.做瑜珈劈腿或盤坐都會造成骨盆外張,所以要多作收骨盆的動作嗎?有效嗎?因為我看很多瑜珈老師比例上臀部好像都較大些?
