如題,在下想請問健美運動中修線條的關鍵。我知道體脂肪低的話肌肉分離度就會明顯,有線條;但又常聽人說反覆次數6~8下的話,作用為肌肥大,而12~15下則是練線條,請問這是為甚麼??如果同一個人體脂一樣的情況下,那經過高反覆次數的訓練後,線條會比較明顯嗎?我真的想知道為甚麼~~如果高反�
