如題,本人84公斤,體脂大概20多,想增重到90公斤,同時體脂下降到10,要怎麼做呢?我想要三個月為一期作目標,現在一星期重訓四天、有氧(1小時)三天,飲食因為怕增加脂肪,所以晚上9點後不太敢吃東西,這樣對嗎?希望有經驗的前輩能夠提供任何方式,我知道急不得的,一期三個月只要能看到小�
