健走,膝蓋是否要提高90度?(有經驗請入) - 運動

希望回答者是有經驗的運動者,不要貼文章或廣告,謝謝!我之前去國小操場走路,操場大概300m/圈(不確定)測量的速度大概300步走一圈那時候沒有特別是注意正確姿態直到今天去走,想說將腿提高這樣走提高時差不多70度~因為覺得90度太詭異了~操場很多人==才走不到一圈腳就好痠~~超痠~~我想應該是整個
