身體屬於瘦弱型的,165cm50kg因為失業待在家好幾個月了~每天起床都是坐在電腦前面~有憂鬱症纏身的感覺~最近突然感覺到31歲的人身體卻有61歲的老態,因為有一大堆老人才會有的毛病.....於是下定決心改變自己生活習慣~決定每天慢跑所以每天都去跑步,每次都跑30-40分鐘每次跑完後都有身心舒暢��
