本人180公分76公斤想要雕塑身体變結實.......一個禮拜有3至4天有運動自己練.....重量訓練每天1個多小時.....但肌肉沒什麼明顯差別........已經練3.4個月勒......又怕吃乳清蛋白會長肉.........我怕會胖.......請問各位大大如何雕塑身體變肌肉又不會胖........
