我今年17歲(男)身高179體重61體型是直統身材(腰圍31)吃不胖的體質外表瘦瘦的.但是不結實半年前開始每天伏地挺身75下(分三次做.每次間隔三分鐘)每兩天仰臥起坐50下.舉啞鈴30下可是到現在只有稍微結實肌肉卻一直沒長大請問各位網友在只有一組啞鈴(各16p)沒辦法花錢買健身專用的高蛋白食品又不想施打��
