我健身一次都30分到50分,(家中)鍛鍊程度中上等,每天三餐飲食正常。健身完以後都會吃2ˋ3的蛋白(雞蛋)有時候到晚上11點,還會感受到白天的所鍛鍊的肌肉緊繃,所以會在吃2ˋ3顆蛋白,30天裡面,幾乎20天以上鍛鍊大概有25天以上會吃3顆蛋白,1。雞蛋白吃太多會有副作用嗎?2。我著樣蛋白會吃��
