最近在健身,我想練到結實的,肌肉很明顯,又有點瘦不能變熊的那種,在網路上看過很多健身補品.{如乳清蛋白,肌酸等)請問那一種健身食品或飲品可以達成我的上述要求呢?以及該食品或飲品使用的時機,最好是可以告訴我品牌,感恩
