我現在的情況是~現在還是高中生,每個禮拜的1、3、5都會練籃球晨操,晨操幾乎都在跑步,所以有在做有氧運動就是了。另外,自己最近有很大的慾望想練身材,就如標題說的,我想呈現的是有型,而不是壯碩型。比如說,一個人看過去是瘦的,但拖去上衣時,手臂和胸腹肌是有明顯的線條!我已知道
