夏天到ㄌ~~想練一練身體請問要怎ㄇ鍛鍊出有曲線的身材呢~~我現在一星期大概練2~3天每次練都手部.腹部.胸部等地方一次都是15~20下~~循環3次請問有什麼方法可以加強線條ㄉ嗎??
