最近迷上了健身,想請問各位健身的前輩們,在做重量訓練時,要如何知道自己身體適合的重量數是多少呢?有時做太輕感覺沒訓練到,做太重又怕受傷,我都是那種當場作沒感覺,回去痛到要去看中醫那種。還請各位前輩,教練們指教。<(__)>
