我想在加健身練肌肉雖然去過健身房一次~但去健身房要錢且要搭車~不是很方便想在家自己練肌肉我想練腹肌還有胸肌先練這部份~但很疑惑每次我伏地挺身最多做20下不知為什麼~但仰臥起坐可以做多一點請問要怎樣才能練腹肌還有胸肌呢?要用啞鈴獲什麼之類的媽?
