小弟想請教各位健身達人:1.本身在台北健身院運動,聽一位去加州運動的朋友說:做重訓時一定要做到肌肉有痠痛的程度,這代表肌肉組織被破壞了,再配合喝乳清蛋白去幫助修復被破壞的肌肉組織,這樣肌肉才會長大.若重訓都只在安全範圍內做,沒有達到肌肉痠痛程度的話,喝乳清是不會幫助長肌肉的.真的是�
