大家好.我是個3X歲的男人.身高172體重78.目前想要練健身.但是不知道從何做起.在此請教專業人員幫幫我!問題:1.在家裡練習可行嗎?2.在家裡練習還是健身房比較好?3.如果在家裡練習是否要吃肌酸或是高乳清蛋白呢?4.如果吃那些食品練習會比較好嗎?煩請高手回答!20點喔!
