本人目前20歲、身高172、體重68我想要練出線條,原因之一是因為半年後要出國脫光不想讓本國人丟臉!原因之二是因為自己想要變壯目前有胸肌但沒有腹肌,手臂肌肉不明顯想請問我該如何安排訓練呢?有沒有不用作甚麼仰臥飛鳥之類的,因為我根本不知道那是甚麼...例如星期一做甚麼健身、多久、幾下之類�
