小弟176公分67公斤職業是游泳教練有運動跟健身習慣骨假算細三餐都正常吃也常常多一餐宵夜通常訓練菜單一天重量1~2H隔天慢跑40分+跳繩以上或者游泳3000公尺一周會有一天不跑也不壓重量不定時會額外加棒球或籃球一次3H上~肌肉線條是很明顯但都還不算大有在喝低脂乳清衣服穿上看起來還是瘦我想要稍
