聽到一些人說在健身其間三餐只吃用滾水燙過的食物但是這樣會不會越吃越瘦,,因為我不是要減肥,,而希望去健身房配合飲食能讓肌肉越長越厚(靠正常飲食不喝那些shake)如果真的吃只用水滾的食物有效那請問哪些肉類蛋白質高,,水滾煮後又不會太老(有些雞肉用川燙後咬下去很硬很難吃)大大們有這類的食�
