一般人是在健身後吃高蛋白食品,就是要長肌肉那種,但我想吃自然的高蛋白食品,像是牛肉,低脂鮮奶...,但我一般都是晚上9點之後才健身完,若9點之後吃一些牛肉和低脂鮮奶,算是吃宵夜嗎?會不會越吃越胖??還是說老實去吃沖泡高蛋白食品??我要如何做?謝謝!!
