家裡社區的小型健身房我想問我這樣訓練的量跟模式會不會受傷首先是腳踏車機我都是把等級調到12然後連續踩1km接著換成綜合式健身機(就是可以練身臂也可練大腿那種)手的是把鉛塊調5公斤做10下(往前推跟練胸肌的)腳是3公斤做10下(坐著往上踢那種)然後拿2個5公斤的啞鈴墊腳尖我想問有經驗的人這樣做
