自己靠著重訓器材在練健身上半身有了成果但請問應該做什麼樣的動作.才能雕塑腰身跟側腹部呢?需要配合什麼樣的有氧性運動?腳踏車還是慢跑?以牛奶跟無糖豆漿比較.哪種蛋白質寒量較多?另外~室內的腳踏車跟一般騎在路上的腳踏車所消耗的熱能是不是一樣?抱歉~問了這麼多.但還是希望有人明白的告訴
