最近加入健身的行列,我發現有"六塊以上腹肌"的人為什麼有的人腰很粗、有的卻很細(他們都有明顯的腹肌哦)?不是有在練仰握起作的同時腰會變細嗎?因為我比較矮想把腰細一點,要不然又矮又粗的,要加強那個動作讓腰變細一點?還有練小腹是不是正面平躺腿伸值抬腿?
