我17歲身高176體重從75降到66三月開始有在健身一周兩次每次一小時姿勢都還算OK肌肉也已經有點出來了但是我體脂肪可能很高肉很軟肌肉要出力才有線條這時我非常困惑我要怎麼做才能消除我的肥肉讓我的身體殘存的都是肌肉因為我知道只有讓體脂肪降低肌肉線條才會明顯不用出力都有線條PS我現在身體
