最近開始健身但是練手臂居多我想請問腹肌和側腹肌怎麼練我有點小腹都瘦不下來...該如何瘦小腹呢和訓練側腹肌還有胸肌該怎麼練我有伏地挺身器PS:我健身完都會喝一杯是否有用(我只有上健身房完才會喝)如果這個跟晚餐差不多時間喝會怎樣嗎?另外我想減重但是喝這個是否會有一點關聯?
