我一周重訓排5次但事實上都3-4次好多次都無力感無法在稱下一組感覺想躺在沙發看電視的感覺出現這種感覺喝肌酸可以找回元氣嗎????如食用肌酸應該怎做我有做功課前5天每天食用20克然後未來的一個月只要在重訓前30分鐘補充5克就這樣嗎??在健身房都是動作3組以上組數3-4組次數6-15組我在家沒器材所以�
