小弟我十五歲最近有在做舉啞鈴,就是手往下打直,然後舉起到肩膀前面還有兩腿站立兩首啞鈴平舉到肩膀,成T字形扶地挺身--一次大概二十幾下仰臥起做--三四十下而以=.=請問有沒有什麼要注意的事情我知道似乎做一個肌肉運動要休息四十八小時才能恢復?那我做的這些有沒有要注意什麼傷害的?還��
