我去健身房差不多有1.2個月了這幾天有一個教練帶我測體脂肪率.骨骼肌....等等的結果我的分析出來後,聽他講的很差都沒有一般水準他建議我說一個肌群一個禮拜最多練兩次我因為時間關係沒辦法請私人教練但是肌群...什麼的我根本聽不懂我原本是每個器材都做36下左右都做我能做的重量,不會做太重
