怎麼訓練臂力及握力一天的訓練量多少目前國中一年級升國中二年級的男生很喜歡棒球但是感覺臂力不好長傳時不是提早落地就是,就是傳不到我有握力器但不知怎訓練如:一天要伏力挺升幾下仰沃起做做幾下??...還有我覺得同學都會投一些球??不知是變化球還是快速球請給我快速球.變速球....的介紹及類
