我身高快188,體重91目前算有肉,想請問一下練重訓完一定要喝乳清蛋白才會比較有效果嗎~~那他是不是有分低旨及全旨,有聽說過如果想練形狀出來卻又不想長肉話可以喝低旨的,雖然我最近練比較勤一點,但是哪天我懶得去了,因喝了乳清蛋白後體質變了胖了.~~~~目前我一周會去兩到三次~~~之前有喝安麗高蛋�
