各位大大最近小弟發現沒有適當的暖身好像會使練腹肌的時候下背部拉傷而我好像有這種情形請問要怎麼做背部的暖身與緩和運動呢?還有書上寫的肩膀暖身運動看不懂麻煩教教我~~~我主要想練腹肌.胸肌.與手部肌肉有甚麼需要注意的事項與技巧嗎還有想練成6塊腹肌大概要多久?PS.小弟高中生.身高192.體重
