我177/58~~很瘦ㄟ...希望有經驗或較專業的大家能幫我定健身計畫.....運動時間.....運動組數...等等(我是去學校健身房)我有控ㄉ時間是(星期2)下午3點(3)下午2~5點(5)中午11點...每次好像運動只要30分鐘ㄇ?希望能越詳細越好喔~~~
