我身材偏高瘦,所以想鍛練一下肌肉,讓自己身體線條好看一點。從2、3個月前我每個禮拜都去2次健身房做重量訓練。不過效果好像沒有很明顯耶!肌肉的線條都還沒出來...請問達人們,有什麼撇步可以讓肌肉長出來呢?像是...重訓的套數、每次幾下,還是要吃些特別的食物還是什麼呢?以下是我個人重訓�
