我身高177cm體重90kg一週練禮拜1-5禮拜六、日是休息日我想問的是我在練的禮拜1-5要怎麼喝乳清蛋白?那休息的那兩天也要喝乳清蛋白嗎?要怎麼喝才不會浪費乳清蛋白?我怕多喝身體吸收不了,會傷腎有人可以教我怎麼喝嗎?
