最近發覺體能越來越差以前有重訓的習慣但是因為工作停了一段時間最近想繼續但是因為我的工作幾乎都是日夜顛倒下班回家都凌晨3.4點後我想利用這段時間重訓恰當嗎?因為白天練晚上我工作會很吃力然後我想一個禮拜14練手胸25練腹36練腿然後日休息這樣可以嗎?然後吃的方面什麼東西該多吃什麼該少��
