最近,開始想要健身,不過,身高176cm、體重8x公斤,如果要減肥又想健身的話,理想當然是像X-Men的休傑克曼一樣,有可能嗎??但是因為最近要準備5月中旬的統測,所以晚上都要留晚自習,上完課有一個小時~一個半小時的時間吃飯(包括運動),但是運動做的蠻少的,慢跑操場有用嗎??需要跑多
