先練有氧還是先重訓? - 健身

小弟今年二十初頭,從小體弱多病,身高不到160(這不是重點,哈)這兩年我胖了十幾公斤,因為都宅在家沒運動。但我力氣卻很小,小的跟女生一樣...上次只是騎個30分鐘腳踏車就累的半死我體力不好,我該先有氧練體力、減肥再重訓,還是先重訓呢?如果一星期只能去健身房兩次,重訓是不是很沒效果?
