我是一個職業軍人,由於工作性質不同於一般軍人,常常因任務沒有運動,最近單位要實施3000公尺徒手跑步測驗,我的標準在15分21秒以內才算合格,但是最近怎麼跑都會遇到瓶頸,不是跑不完就是跑超過時間,常常跑個1000多肚臍左右兩邊就會痛,問同袍說是呼吸不順,但我也試過其他人教我的呼吸法�
