我本身有在健身15磅啞鈴2個.我是覺得啞鈴買太重也沒什麼用途,甚至有反效果每天集中側舉1組大概30下一天4組伏地挺身下去4秒在起來頂多稱道47下我想問說有種運動器材是綁在手上增加重量的也可以綁腳每天這樣配合啞鈴伏地挺身這樣會有功效嘛?還是說我的訓練的量要增加?因為長長看到知識家都說我��
