我已經有5年沒去練武術了,很想恢復練武的精神跟體力我是一個瘦子是男生身高165,體重59公斤關於武術的打法問題1.為什麼大部分的人都是練力量跟速度,而不是練防禦跟耐力,還是說很少人練防禦?沒聽過有人會練防禦的2.在武術裡練防禦跟耐力以及體力有用嗎?3.練防禦的人要怎麼練速度,能練的起速度嗎?��
