小弟去健身房2個月了~肩膀以及胸部有明顯變大~變寬在前兩個月非常明顯~但是在這幾個禮拜開始覺得健身遇到瓶頸前兩個月健身狀況是~健身完會喝豆漿(無糖)~每天都會快走或慢跑或划步機30分鐘在去做重量訓練~!!但現在我發現我越來越大隻~但是我去用儀器量我發現我的體脂肪超過~骨骼肌在正常的最低�
