我163.7cm目前60公斤想要瘦到53公斤同時又想要鍛鍊肌肉我每個禮拜都使用體脂肪測量機,間隔一禮拜瘦了1.5kg,但是肌肉都沒有進展只長了0.1kg,所以想請有這方面知識的大大們解答。一個禮拜有五天會上健身房早上:躺在45度角的板子上仰臥起坐*50下+把桿子往前推的器材35kg*50下+用胸膛頂住下方拗的器��
