我天生腸胃不好,所以瘦瘦。高中時候常騎腳踏車,可以一天從台北市騎到苗栗市再回來。所以腳長,但腳有點肌肉。就變成上半身跟下半身不太搭。因為又吃不胖,所以想去健身房練肌肉,只練上半身。想請問,要練上半身肌肉要用哪幾種健身器材效果才會明顯?另外,如果每天去練一個小時,大概�
