請問“乳清蛋白“吃了身體會有什麼感覺?因為有朋友說會感覺身體比較有力,但我印象應該是服用“肌酸“才能讓肌力爆發吧!另外,服用“乳清蛋白“沒有加重量訓練,而是一直跑步,會不會讓腿愈來愈粗?反而會跟單車選手一樣,下半身很壯,上半身很瘦,看來很奇怪。而以後若停止服用“乳清蛋白�
