本人男生18歲身高169體重到85因為實在是太不爽太多衣服開始不能穿所以有了去健身房的念頭我去的健身房算是私人的.現在幾乎每天去.....只是說每天去都是騎腳踏車.騎40分鐘-50分鐘食物也很節制...一天下來吃的食物大概有早上2片吐司都配起司醬+一杯牛奶中午有時候沒吃(不是故意的),不過有時間的話會�
