我想請問....我現在常去健身..大約一個多月...而他們給我一組全套的健身方法...先踩熱身約10分鐘....在來是肩膀的肌肉..在來換上臂>胸>臂>背>手臂>腹>大小腿..(一個地方有2種不同訓練..)醬一套做下來大約要2個小時...而我是2天去一次...但是太瘦173-53..我一開始單手5磅..要用雙手的裝20磅..現��
