我現在很猶豫2種作息方式1.12點睡覺早上5點半起來運動7點回宿舍洗澡然後去上課可是這樣只有睡5小時半上課也會睏2.12睡覺直接到7點然後上課晚上則是9點半或是10點運動到12點之後洗澡睡覺請問哪個對身體傷害比較小?或是你們會選擇哪一個...Showmore
