想問一下跳繩一次要跳幾下才有那個效果?還有運動是早上運動效果好?還是晚上運動效果好?我晚上做伏立挺身和仰臥起坐有效果嗎?如果我有痠痛現象我隔天該忍痛繼續做下去嗎?還是等他酸痛結束在繼續?我怕會有運動傷害如果我練啞鈴我要拿輕的還重的練?謝謝你的回答^^"...Showmore
