我國小是練田徑的但是成績並不是很好我只有短跑的爆發力沒有長跑的耐力我以後想要專長練一百跟兩百(因為國中沒有六十)我以前六十跑8.X但是100卻跑15.X200卻更爛到不行的32.X國中的田徑隊很操但是我體力真的很差我五圈都快不行了所以我想請各位幫幫我該怎麼噌強我的體力跟速度問題:1.我要怎麼做才
